Windmill Hill Big Local
Neil from the Woodland Trust met the Windmill Hill Litter Network volunteers on Monday to join in clearing the woods of rubbish. Despite fewer numbers due to the weather they made up for it in the amount of rubbish and fly tipping they retrieved from just a small area of woodland. Four bags of litter was collected but also a pressure washer, a children’s car seat, a child’s bike, a paddling pool, a pram, a thick blanket and a set bag of concrete amongst many other items.
